  • 1 box French Vanilla cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ C. whole milk
  • ½ C. butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ C. spiced rum
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Buttercream frosting
  • Purple, green, yellow (or gold) food coloring

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, butter, eggs, rum, vanilla, and spices. Divide the batter into thirds and place a few drops of the food coloring. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill the cupcake wrappers, ⅓ purple, ⅓ yellow, and a ⅓ green. Only fill the cups ¾ of the way. Bake the muffins for 22-24 minutes. Once they cool, ice the cakes and serve!
