  • 10 thick cut pork chops
  • 1 cup of molasses
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
