If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like hot wings, or is just getting tired of the same old thing, this is the recipe for you! These molasses-glazed wings have a nice kick of heat from the chili powder without being too spicy and still having plenty of flavor.

  • 20 chicken wings, cut at the joint and tips removed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 ½ cups water

Mix the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, molasses, vinegar, red chili flakes and garlic together.
Pour the marinade into a gallon Ziploc bag before placing the chicken wings in as well.
Tightly seal the bag before shaking it up to make sure all the wings are coated, then marinade for at least 6 hours, if not overnight.
Preheat oven to 375F.
On a large baking tray, arrange the wings evenly spaced. Bake for 50 minutes, brushing with the marinade and turning often.
