  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. ground turkey
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • ½ lettuce, shredded
  • 3 slices of avocado
  • 1 burger bun
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Heat a medium skillet on high. Form two 4 oz. burgers about 1 ½ inches thick. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or to desired temperature.

In a large skillet, cook both eggs for 4-5 minutes or until yolk is firm. Season with salt and pepper. Place burger on bottom bun with egg on top. Place tomato, lettuce, avocado and desired condiments on top and serve.
