  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 36 mozzarella cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese, divided

Prepare a baking sheet and divide the dough into 18 pieces. Flatten the dough pieces and place 2 mozzarella cubes inside. Sprinkle a bit of Parmesan on the top of each and seal the dough around the cheese. Place the balls on a baking sheet and cover for about 30 minutes while they rise. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In another bowl combine the butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder and microwave until the butter is melted. Brush the dough balls with the butter mixture and sprinkle on the rest of the Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and serve with marinara.
