  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 C. carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 4 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 2 C. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C. peas
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. In a sprayed skillet over medium heat, saute mushrooms, carrots, onion and potatoes until tender. Add thyme and flour. Stir for 30 seconds. Add soup and stir until thick. Add peas. Cook for 5 more minutes. Coat a 9-inch round pan with cooking spray. Fill with mixture. Spread biscuits dough on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
