  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 C. chunky salsa
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 C. creamy salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 C. crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 C. Colby cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium high. Drain the grease and remove from heat. Add the salsa, corn, salad dressing, and chili powder to the beef. Mix well. Layer the ground beef mixture, tortilla chips, and cheese twice in a casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
