  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 6 catfish fillets
  • 1 C. butter, melted

Heat a large cast iron skillet for 10 minutes over high heat. In a bowl, stir paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Dip catfish in butter, then coat in seasoning mixture. Place 2-3 fillets in the skillet at a time and drizzle with 1/2-1 T. melted butter. Cook for roughly 2 minutes on each side until the catfish flakes. Repeat with remaining fillets, serve and enjoy!
