  • 1/4 C. caramel topping
  • 1 (6-oz.) graham cracker crust
  • 2 (3.4-oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. pumpkin
  • 1/2 C. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 Tbs. caramel topping for drizzling

Spread the caramel topping over bottom of graham crust. Set aside. In a bowl, combine pudding mix, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat in milk and pumpkin. When mixed well, lightly fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell. Let sit in fridge at least 2 to 3 hours or until set. Before serving, drizzle caramel lightly over pie along with any other desired toppings.
