Baking pies sometimes take up so much of our time, so we decided to share a no-bake recipe with you. This raspberry pie is filled with a creamy vanilla pudding that you will absolutely love.

  • 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 C. cold milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 packaged graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 C. whipped cream topping
  • 1 C. raspberries

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for two minutes. Pour over pie crust. Spread whipped cream topping over filling. Sprinkle raspberries. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
