  • ½ cup of quinoa, cooked to box directions with 1 cup of chicken broth
  • ¼ of a cucumber, thinly slices
  • ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup of cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup of black olives
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ of a chicken breast, cooked and cut to preference
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of sprouts, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
