  • 1 C. butter
  • ½ C. semi sweet chocolate chip
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ C. chopped pecans
  • 1 C. berries
  • 1 C. whipping cream
  • ½ C. sugar

Preheat your oven 350 degrees and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add in chocolate, constantly stirring through the whole process. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add in sugar. Take a moment for the chocolate to cool before adding in eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.

Stir in vanilla, salt, flour, and pecans. Pour batter into your greased baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

While the brownies are cooling whisk together whipping cream and ½ cup sugar. Continue whisking until a fluffy whipped cream has formed. Layer the whipped cream on top of the brownies and decorate with berries.
