  • 1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 C. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. orange extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 C. orange yogurt
  • 1 tsp. heavy cream
  • Orange Glaze:
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. orange peel
  • 1 tsp. orange juice

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Mix flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat butter, sugar and orange extract on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Mix on low and slowly add dry ingredients and orange yogurt. Stir in heavy cream. Pour batter in greased pan and spread evenly. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan and let it cool. To prepare glaze, mix all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle glaze on cool cake.
