  • 2 250 Gram Packs of Drained Halloumi Cheese
  • 3 Oranges, Peeled and Separated
  • 4 Cups of Mixed Greens
  • 1 ½ Cups of Cherry Tomato Halves
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of a Vinaigrette Dressing (or to taste)
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper (or to taste)

In a large bowl, mix together the orange pieces, cherry tomato halves, mixed greens, and vinaigrette dressing until everything is evenly coated and combined. Serve this mixture onto plates before you add anything else.

Once the salad bases are ready, cut the blocks of halloumi cheese into smaller pieces, similar to breasts of chicken that would top a salad. Heat a large frying pan over high heat and add olive oil so that you can fry the slices of halloumi until they’re charred and they start to melt. Then, lay the cheese on top of the salads, sprinkling black pepper over them when you’re finished.
