  • 1 lb. gnocchi
  • ½ lb. green beans, chopped
  • 1 C. pesto
  • ¼ C. heavy cream
  • 1 C. ricotta
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cook the gnocchi as instructed on the package. Drain them and place them back into the pot you just cooked them in. In a large saucepan add water and 1 T. of salt and let it boil. Add in the green beans until they are tender and drain. Add in the pesto and cream to the gnocchi. Mix it well over a medium heat. When it is ready to serve mix the gnocchi, green beans, ricotta, and ¼ tsp. of pepper. Serve and enjoy!
