  • 1 lb. steak, sliced into 2" strips
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium white onion, sliced
  • Sauce:
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbs. water
  • 4 Tbs. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. ketchup
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

In a large bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. Add beef and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add peppers and onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beef and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over mixture. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place on serving dish.
