  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • ¼ pound of prosciutto, shredded
  • ½ cup of pesto
  • ½ cup of swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees and lining the puff pastry in a deep baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour the egg mixture on top of the puff pastry, then gently stir the pesto in with the eggs. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Before serving, top with the prosciutto. Enjoy!
