  • 2 ripe medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 C. white onions, finely chopped
  • 12 large fresh cilantro sprigs, finely chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeƱo, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
