  • 6 pork chops
  • 3 Tbs butter, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, about
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 oz parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Season the pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a tbs of butter in a skillet on medium/high heat.
Brown pork chops on both sides in the skillet.
Put chops in a 9x13 baking dish.
Saute mushrooms with butter in the pan until tender and put over pork chops.
Add alfredo to the skillet and blend with the brown pieces.
Add in cheese and let melt.
Pour sauce over chops.
Season with thyme, cover with foil, and bake on 300 degrees for an hour.
