  • 2 Bartlett Pears
  • ¼ lb thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Sprigs of Arugula for garnish
  • Optional: Balsamic Glaze

Halve and core each pear. Quarter each half so you’ll have 8 slices per pear. Place a slice of pear and 2-3 sprigs of arugula on a slice of prosciutto.
