  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In one bowl mix together all wet ingredients. Make sure banana is mashed up small. Nobody wants a large chuck in their piece. In a second bowl combine all dry ingredients. Combine wet into the dry mixture. Pour into greased baking pan, cook for 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean
