  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 C. evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 C. worcestershire sauce
  • Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1/3 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix ground beef, milk, onion soup mix and sauce in large mixing bowl. Roll the mixture in small balls. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes. For sauce, melt margarine over medium heat in skillet. Cook onion until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Place meatballs in bowl. Pour sauce over meatballs.
