  • 16 oz. of spaghetti, cooked to box directions and left in the pot
  • 10 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup of olive oil
  • 2 cups of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of red chili flakes
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste

In a greased pan, sauté the minced garlic over medium heat for a few minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and transfer to a small dish to combine with olive oil, parsley, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper.
Add mixture to the pot with the cooked spaghetti and toss thoroughly.
Serve warm topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
