  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 C. Splenda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 C. fat-free milk
  • 1 Tbs. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Chocolate frosting:
  • 3/4 C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 4 tsp. fat-free milk

Preheat oven at 325 degrees F. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Combine eggs, milk, margarine and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed. Pour batter in greased small loaf pans. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pans and leave to cool.

For chocolate frosting, melt chocolate chips and margarine in microwave. Add milk. Stir until smooth. Top doughnuts with frosting. Wait until frosting firms before serving.
