  • 1 cup Strawberries, (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt (non-fat or Low-fat)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2-4 Tbsp Low-fat milk), as needed
  • 8-10 oz. of watermelon or strawberry juice *optional

Place all ingredients in blender, with covered lid and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glass. Add watermelon, or strawberry juice to mixture if you desire a more refreshing or thinner consistency.
