  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 C. red romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 lb. deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbs. Italian dressing

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Brush slices with olive oil. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, roast beef and dressing.
