This delicious rotisserie chicken will be the perfect for dinner. This chicken is seasoned with a delicious pear sauce.

  • 1 whole chicken
  • Salt
  • Rotisserie seasoning
  • For the pear sauce:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 pears, peeled

Roll up 4 balls of aluminum foil (about 1 to 1 1/2 inch in size) and put in bottom of crockpot. Set a whole chicken top of the aluminum foil balls. Sprinkle seasoned salt, rotisserie seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours.

To make the sauce add water, sugar and pears to a skillet on medium high heat.  Cook until a chunky consistency forms.  Stir occasionally and once the pears have softened and the sauce has formed remove from heat and drizzle over the cooked chicken.
