  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 C. white sugar
  • 1/2 can Dulce de Leche
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 C. jello banana pudding
  • 2-3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 C. whipped cream topping

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sugar together. Stir for 5 to 10 minutes or until sugar turns to a light brown color. Remove from heat. Mix in bowl with Dulce de Leche and vanilla. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Mix well.  

Pour banana pudding in dessert glasses. Place banana slices on glass edge. Pour caramel mixture over. Top with whipped cream. If you desire, sprinkle with cinnamon.
