Popcorn is a favorite accompaniment for movies and it can be flavored with an assortment of spices and seasonings. Caramel popcorn is one of the most popular flavors but sometimes too much caramel can take away the taste of the popcorn therefore to balance things out, a little salt can be added. Salted caramel popcorn is the perfect sweet and salty combination that is very easy to make and surprisingly addictive. The caramel sauce drizzled over salted popcorn is simply drool-worthy and it hardly takes any time to rustle up!

Pop the raw kernels using a little oil and a heavy bottom pan or a popcorn machine. Now, take a saucepan, mix together the butter, brown sugar and karo syrup and bring to a boil. Then, add the salt and condensed milk and allow to boil on medium flame for another 2-3 minutes. Take caution not to burn the caramel sauce. Now drizzle your caramel sauce over the cooked popcorn. If you want them to be crunchy then stick it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
