  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • ½ C. water
  • 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated

In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Pour in tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, water, oregano, and basil; cook for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
