  • 24 chicken wings, patted dry
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons mustard powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil, for frying

Heat oil to 375 degrees and whisk the spices in a large bowl. Liberally season the chicken wings and make sure they are evenly coated. Fry the wings in small batches for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to drain on a paper towel and cool somewhat before serving.
