  • Non-stick spray
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. ground sausage, cooked, browned and cooled
  • Chopped onions (optional)
  • Red and green peppers (optional)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • Parsley and candied apple rings (garnish)

In glass 9" square baking dish spray with Pam or other quality cooking spray. Layer 1/2 inch shredded mozzarella cheese. Add 1/2 lb. ground cooked sausage. Add chopped onions and red and green peppers if you wish. Beat eggs and whipping cream. Pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley and candied apple rings on the side. Serve immediately.
