  • l pint scallops
  • l/2 C. chopped onion
  • l qt. scalded milk
  • l potato, diced
  • l/2 Tbs. salt
  • 4 Tbs. butter

Melt the butter. Add scallops and simmer 5 minutes. Add two cups boiling water, onion and potatoes. Cook 30 minutes. Add milk and cook l0 minutes longer. Serve hot.
