  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbs. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 .5 oz. slices Bacon
  • 1 Sesame Seed Bagel, halved and toasted

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble the egg mixture on a small skillet, sprinkling the cheese on top when finished. Place the bacon on a paper towel, then heat it up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Layer scrambled eggs and bacon onto your bagel, and serve.
