This recipe takes a twist on the regular red pasta sauce with a shot of vodka. It does wonders in this delicious lobster ravioli topped with shrimp and is to be enjoyed by both those who are of age and underage.

  • 1 package of ravioli (12-16 count), cooked according to package instructions
  • 10 medium shrimp, defrosted
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of vodka
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Spanish paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • salt and pepper

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes, tomato paste, and salt and pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
Add vodka, garlic powder, Spanish paprika, chili powder and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add heavy cream and turn the heat down to a simmer; cook for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add ravioli and stir well. Serve warm.
