  • 2 1/2 pounds boned beef chuck
  • 1 can have chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can of chipotle
  • 1 can of diced jalapeƱo chilies, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 3 cups Shredded chihuahua cheese
  • 6 Premade arepas

Rinse beef and trim off excess fat. Put in a slow-cooker. Add tomatoes, chipotle sauce, jalapeƱos, onion, garlic, ground chili, honey, and salt. Pour broth over the top. Cook on low for 8 hours. When done, shred with fork and serve on arepa bread with your favorite toppings.
