  • 1 package of stir fry noodles
  • ½ package of frozen broccoli
  • ½ pound of shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil, divided
  • ¼ cup of oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger, grated

Cook noodles as directed on package, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, steam frozen broccoli with a tablespoon of water for five minutes. In a separate skillet, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and the shrimp on high heat. Let the shrimp cook for three minutes or until pink. Then, bring the heat down to medium and add broccoli, noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and remaining sesame oil. Stir frequently and fry until noodles are slightly crispy.
