  • 2 cups of macaroni, cooked to box directions and drained
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ¾ cup of cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup of parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs, toasted
  • salt and pepper

Heat skillet over medium-high heat; melt butter. Stir in flour, then the heavy cream; whisk as you bring everything to a boil.
Bring down the heat and simmer the mixture for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Fold in the cheeses and cooked macaroni. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir together until cheese is completely melted and evenly distributed.
Top with toasted breadcrumbs and serve!
