  • 12 Hawaiian Bread Rolls
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 Halved Slices of Canadian Bacon
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
  • 1 Pinch of Salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper (or more to taste)

In a skillet over medium-high heat, beat together the eggs, ½ of the cheese, salt, and pepper for around 2-3 minutes as you preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place their bottom halves in the bottom of a baking tray.

Pour the egg mixture on top of the bottom halves of the rolls and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Layer the Canadian bacon over everything else and top with the tops of the rolls. Brush the melted butter over everything else and bake for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle green onions on the sandwiches and pull them apart to serve hot and enjoy!
