  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 C. water
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 container ricotta cheese
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken to fit into crockpot
  • 1 ½ C. mozzarella cheese

In your crockpot, combine onions, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Boil water and dissolve bouillon cubes while stirring. Pour broth into crockpot and add ground beef; mix well. Top with noodles or feel free to layer throughout while adding in everything. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, adding in ricotta during the final hour. Serve with mozzarella on top!
