  • 1 rack of ribs
  • ½ lb of baby onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cups of BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ cup of dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoons of peppercorns

To create the seasoning mix, blend dark brown sugar, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and red pepper flakes and rub into ribs. Next, place water, ribs, baby onions, garlic and peppercorns in a slow cooker. Smother the ribs in your favorite BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
