These yummy clams are cooked in a crockpot. With delicious flavors like parsley and tomato these clams will be absolutely delicious.

  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 8-oz. bottle clam juice
  • 3 tablespoons small capers with juice
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 dozen littleneck clams, cleaned*

Place all ingredients, except the clams, into a slow-cooker and cook on low for about 2 hours. Then add the clean clams to the pot.  Cook on high for about 30 minutes or until clams are tender.
