Sink your teeth into this juicy burger packed with heat and flavor. They're made with bacon and peppers and piled high with, you guessed it, bacon and peppers. They're are fall-apart tender and are not for the faint of heart.

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 C. bacon, chopped
  • 2 Chili peppers, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C. chipotle BBQ sauce
  • 12 Buns, toasted
  • Recommended toppings:
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Red onion
  • Lettuce
  • Chili peppers, washed with the seeds removed.

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, bacon, peppers, onion and eggs. Form the beef into 10 – 12 bun sized patties about 1 inch thick. Place the patties in your slow cooker. Stacking and overlapping them is okay. Pour the BBQ sauce over the burgers and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve on a toasted bun with our recommended toppings, or try your own favorites.
