  • 2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/ 2 can root beer
  • 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 onion chopped

Place pork into the slow cooker and pour in root beer, chili powder, garlic, thyme, and onion. Cover and cook on low heat until the pork shreds easily. Usually take 6-8 hours. Drain excess water and stir in your BBQ sauce. Serve warm on buns.
