When it's cold out, we begin to miss summer meals that we can make on the grill. Try using your crockpot and follow this easy recipe for everyone' favorite - corn on the cob!

  • 6-8 ears of corn
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbs. fresh chives, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Place corn in crockpot. Cover with water. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Drain. Mix all ingredients except salt. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt.
