  • 1 C. burgundy or other dry red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 6 oz. small whole mushrooms (about 2 C.)
  • 2 C. fresh or thawed frozen whole baby-cut carrots
  • 1 C. frozen small whole onions, thawed
  • 1 boneless beef top round steak, 1 1/2-inches thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
