  • ¾ C all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 pork chops
  • 5 Tbs. of vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. of vegetable oil
  • 1½ C. sour cream
  • 2 bay leaves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

Mix flour, salt, pepper in a shallow dish. Press chops in the mixture and coat completely. 

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops on pan and brown on both sides. 

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the vinegar, sour cream, and bay leaves. Arrange pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Pour sauce over the pork chops.

Bake for 1 hour.
