  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. ground peppercorn
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Combine spices and lemon into a small bowl, and sift until well combined.
Rub spice mixture onto chicken wings thoroughly
Place sliced lemons and onions onto the bottom of the crockpot
Add chicken wings and pour chicken broth into the crockpot
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours (or on high for 2 hours)
