  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4 qts. popped popcorn
  • 1 C. canned French-fried onions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Cook bacon in a large frying pan until very crisp.  Drain off grease and transfer bacon to paper towels to cool.  When cool, crumble bacon into small pieces.  Melt butter in a saucepan. Add chili powder, garlic salt, onion salt, and paprika.  Stir until well blended.  Pour butter mixture over popcorn and toss until well covered.  Add bacon and onions to the popcorn and toss lightly.  Pour mixture onto baking sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes.
