Kale chips are a super food with a reputation for being an extremely healthy snack. If you were hesitant to try them before, try these spiced kale chips with paprika and chili flake seasoning and they might become your favorite snack!

  • 1 bunch rinsed and dried kale
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil

Remove the kale leaves from the inner stems and ends and cut them into bite size pieces. Toss the kale with 1 tablespoon of oil in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt and chili flakes into the bowl and toss to combine. Add 1 more tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with paprika. Toss one more time. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange the kale pieces in one layer on the baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes.
